A plot of land had been procured and planning permission granted by Crown Developments for a client who is based overseas. The approved plan allows for the construction of 48 individual units on the plot. This marks a significant step forward in the project, paving the way for the next phase of development. Crown Developments will proceed with the build with completion due summer 2025.
